Who has the best team on campus? • SCORE System • White-65 points-$6k funding cap • Basic expectation for our clubs to meet. • Blue-100 points-$10k funding cap • Mid-level for recognition for more visible clubs who go beyond expectations • Emerald-150 points-No funding cap • Elite clubs that are highly active and engaged in the campus and surrounding communities

How do we do it? • Attending Monthly Council Meetings: 1 person minimum • Attending Monthly Advisor Meetings: 1/ semester • Fundraising: 10% minimum • Community Service: 1 event minimum, 25% of roster • Support Fellow Sport Clubs at their events: 1 event minimum, 25% of roster • Collaborate • Campus Programs and Events

Eagle Link • LOGIN • Go to: https://fgcu.collegiatelink.net/ • 2.“Sign In Now” • 3.Username: FGCU email (without @eagle.fgcu.edu) • 4.Password: Your FGCU email password • 5.Sign in as Student • Your Club should appear under “my organizations” • You can search for other clubs with the “organizations” or search icon at the top of the page • Updating the info about your club that prospective and current members can see • Great way to upload and find transition and other important documents for future officers • Communicate with officers and members of your club • About Your Club • Your profile includes the information that prospective club members see, contact information, and links to your club’s social media pages • “Edit” your About section with info to inform new members about who you are • Updating the info about your club that prospective and current members can see • Documents • Here is where you can find: • 1.Account Tracker (to see your A&S funds for this and previous years) • 2.Constitutions • 3.Inventory Reports • 4.Other Transitional Documents uploaded by former officers • Managing your Roster • You can edit which club members hold which officer positions by going to your roster tab and then clicking on “manage roster” • If you have new officer roles, you can add a position title by clicking “manage positions” • You can also send an email invite to any officers who are not currently on your roster • When adding a new position entirely, you can choose what privileges that officer will have on EagleLink • When editing a member’s position, they will keep the same permissions that were assigned to that position • SUBMITTING FORMS • You have to click “Submit for Approval” before the Form is considered complete. Failure to hit “submit” means your form is only “in progress” and has not yet been sent to the Sport Clubs Staff.

Risky Business aka Risk Management CPR/First Aid Certifications Need 2 certs Dancing E’Gals Lacrosse (W)** Powerlifting Swimming Tennis Ultimate Frisbee • We do require a minimum number of students and/or coaches to be CPR/AED/First Aid Certified • Clubs that are bolded and have an asterisk also require imPACT Concussion testing • Managing an Injury • Remove the athlete from play • Keep the athlete out the play until a *qualified physician* gives written clearance

  13. Travel • What makes Sport Clubs unique vs. RSOs • Travel Form should be completed at least 1 week before you leave • Give us time to process PRs and Reimbursements • You represent FGCU, please make sure to do the Eagles proud
