  4. DIFFERENT ROLLING STOCKS IN DMRC

  5. MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE OF TRAINS

  6. C1 SCHEDULECHECK ACTIVITIES • Bogie untucking & check for any abnormality and subsequently repairing work. • Cleaning activities of Bogie ,Traction Motor , Convertor/Invertor, main transformer , Compressor, coupler, Gangway along with the repairing activities. • Pneumatics valve cleaning and oil separator function check work. • HVAC , DOOR repairing work and function check work. • Fire detection system complete function check work.

  7. C2 SCHEDULECHECK ACTIVITIES • Check condition of relay Panel & look for any damages, deterioration and fastening of cables. • Disassembling of motor & Bearing and major overhauling. • VCB & pantograph overhauling • All types of lighting equipment's repairing or replacement. • Major overhauling of Components. • Major overhauling of compressor, traction motor and all types of pneumatics valves. • Major overhauling of Bogie.

  8. TRAIN OPERATORS REQUIREMENT (SAMPLE CALCULATION OF BLUE LINE 3&4) Total no. of trains =67 Avg. duration of per trains on revenue services=18hrs Avg. timing per TO for driving =5hrs • Avg. TOs for total trains =(67*18)/5=241.2 ~ 242 Now considering, 15% Leave Reserve(LR) 15% Rest Goer(RG) 10% Training reserve(TR) Total = 40% Manpower reserve • 242*0.40=96.8 ~ 97 Hence, Total Train Operators required= 242+97=339
