Slovenian Accreditation (SA) • 49 accreditation certificates granted up to now (series 45000) • 10 people employed • 80 applications for accreditation in the line • since 1999 full member of European co-operation for Accreditation (EA) • MLA – prepared to be signed in the second half of 2003 (testing & calibration) Štrbske Pleso 7 April 2003

Slovenian Institute for Standardisation (SIST) • 99 % of harmonised CEN and CENELEC standards and 92 % of harmonised ETSI standards adopted (92 % of all CEN standards, 88 % of all CENELEC standards, 40 % of all ETSI standardisation documents) by the end of 2002 • 30 people employed • more than 1300 experts are active in 127 technical committees • expects to become full member of CEN and CENELEC in the second half of the 2003.
