  1. Our Solution By Harry and Michael

  2. Our Ideas All imported goods will be carried on passenger planes to reduce CO2 emissions from flights importing goods to the UK. This will be enforced as a law. Insecticides, herbicides and pesticides will be made illegal on farms without a licence and unlicensed farms will be heavily fined if they are caught using them. Also, price restrictions will be put in place to prevent cheap prices of the battery farming market creating a monopoly over expensive organic products.

  3. Problems with our ideas Some people will struggle if price restrictions are set, because they rely on the cheaper options as they have greater requirement for products. Also some stubborn airlines would not permit goods on their planes, and only certain planes will have the necessary capacity. An illegal industry could be created by some criminals that want to make some money by importing and dealing insecticides, herbicides and pesticides

  4. The Unique Solution • Our Unique Solution : We shall create large farms in each city to sustain farm products. • Not only will this create jobs in this troubled time but it will supply the local area with food therefore reducing carbon emissions from food transport.
