IMPLEMENTATION STEP 3 & 4 TIMELINE • March 2nd: Contacted Town Beautification Board Member, Liz Chisholm • March 3rd: Forwarded to Councilor Jack MacPherson, also happens to be in charge of the Town Waste Committee • March 4th: Jack MacPherson invites us to Council meeting on March 8th to present our idea • March 5th: Prepare presentation, which includes hard copy of presentation for Council members

IMPLEMENTATION STEP 5 & 6 PRESENTATION • Presented at council meeting on March 8th at 10 AM • In attendance were Mayor Carl Chisholm, Town Waste Committee Head Jack MacPherson , and other Town Council Members • Members presented with hard copy of presentation and proposal • 1o minute presentation, followed by a question period • Encouraged to keep in touch

REACTION • Reaction was positive • Told “it was a great idea” • Asked critical questions regarding • vandalism, upkeep costs, and towns of • similar sizes who have • installed similar products • Final decision would be made during budget meeting on March 28th • Informed we would be contacted with results of the budget meeting
