  6. HA Coordinator Stipend positions proposal A TRANSITION YEAR • In order to bring RCSD into compliance with HA mandates, grant money can be used this year to hire TWO coordinators for the corporation. • Goals for these positions have been established according to state mandates. • Stipend pay for these positions would come from this year’s grant. • Dr. Hanna would like to propose to the board approval of these two supplemental contract positions. A copy of goals, timeline and stipend for proposed HA coordinator positions is included.

  7. HABBPC Feedback IN THE FUTURE • Looking ahead, there should be sufficient grant money to have a half-time HA coordinator for 2013-14 to maintain RCSD’s HA program. • This position would offer support and services to teachers of HA students AND maintain testing, tracking and professional development. • QUESTIONS/COMMENTS? • AN ADDITIONAL MEETING OF THE BBPC IS NECESSARY TO FINALIZE THE 2012-13 BUDGET.
