Neighborhood Teams are the foundation of our organizing • Volunteers organized in teams are more productive, happy, connected, and powerful than volunteers working alone: • Volunteers in teams put in twice as many hours • Empowers volunteers to take on more responsibility • Snowflake model creates manageable volunteer ratios • Spreads volunteer strength across precincts • Helps volunteers feel part of something bigger than themselves Why organize in teams?

  9. Grassroots will power our victory • In the face of historic challenges, the President must stay focused on the American people. That’s why he needs us to lay the foundation now • Facing new challenges, we have to build a grassroots organization that’s farther reaching and more innovative than anything we’ve built before • We must re-connect with long-time supporters and inspire new ones to join the cause. We know that we will only be as strong as our grassroots organization in communities across the country • We believe in organizing block-by-block, with neighbors talking to neighbors, co-workers talking to co-workers, and friends talking to friends

People-Focused • The grassroots is our key to victory and neighborhood teams will be the foundation of our organizing 3. Metrics-Driven • We will set clearly defined goals and hold ourselves and each other accountable 4. Data Integrity • We will complete soft reports daily and commit to accurate, quick turn-around of hard data entry 5. Training • We will know the program and be able to explain and teach it to others. We will build skills to execute the plan
