Professional Development Solution • PeopleSoft ELM is an enterprise system purposed for: • Administration • Documentation • Tracking • Reporting • Delivery of training courses, programs and certification • This solution will enable the integration and coordination of PD business processes into a single source system ensuring a standard database structure for all learning, thus eliminating the fragmentation of PD data caused by multiple systems and processes.

The ELM Solution will Meet the High-Level PD Requirements Outlined Below: • Delivery of training in multiple formats • Workflow approval of course offerings • Tracking of training records • Manage points requirements (reporting compliance) • Integration of multiple systems • Foundation for competency modeling, skills-gap analysis, and performance management integration • One central location for all employees training registration/enrollment • One central calendar for all training • Employee and external customer based training system • Ability to advertise all available PD offering to internal and external customers based on security definitions • Individualized learning experience allowing for learning to be assigned based on a variety of criteria • Dashboard for employee learning
