Points-of-Emphasis • R2 ends Time Outs (RECEIVING side of net)… • If no audio signal occurs, the R2 ends the TO with 2 short whistles, signals the # of TO’s used and gives the “Ready to Play Signal” to the R1 • If both teams are ready to play before 60 seconds has expired, the R2 ends the TO with 2 short whistles, signals the # of TO’s used and gives the “Ready to Play Signal” to the R1 • When checking the line ups, the R2 is to use their LINE UP CARD, not the scorebook or coach’s line up • R2 grants Substitution request with 2 short whistles and rotating ‘open palms down’ twice. Note: coach or player enters zone • New End of Set Protocol… • Players are NOT to change clothes anywhere outside of locker room or restroom area, it is considered UNSPORTING CONDUCT.
