  4. 4/10 SUMMER SCHEDULE Effective Dates: June 19, 2009 - July 31, 2009 Hours of Operation: 8:00 a.m. - 6:30 p.m. Department heads are responsible for maintaining coverage in their respective areas during core operating hours.

  6. 4/10 SUMMER SCHEDULE • Non-exemptemployees will continue to report their “in and out” times on a daily basis. Any leave reported must complete the 10-hour-day summer schedule • Exempt employees will report leave used in accordance with the 10-hour-day summer schedule • Vacation, sick or comp day – report 10 hour • July 4th Holiday – reflected in Timesaver on July 31, 2009

  7. 4/10 SUMMER SCHEDULE • Exempt Employees • Exemptemployees will reflect 8 hours daily in Timesaver • Employees will report 10 hours of leave for each day off and the system will adjust accordingly to reflect their total standard hours

  8. EXCEPTIONS TO 4/10 SUMMER SCHEDULE • Approval required by Dean or Vice President in collaboration with the Vice President of Human Resources • Hourly employees will report time worked; Monday through Friday • Vacation or Sick days will be reported in 8-hour increments • July 4th holiday – reflected in Timesaver on July 3rd, 2009 • Employees WILL NOT have a holiday pay code “34” populated for July 31st, 2009

  9. 4/10 SUMMER SCHEDULE • Timesaver Schedule • Employees must approve their time/leave entries by 5:00 P.M. on the Wednesday of Payroll Closing week • Time Approvers must sign-off by 2:00 P.M. on the Thursday of Payroll Closing week
