  3. Our Founder Sameer Nigam is a career banker and entrepreneur with close to twenty years of industry experience. Prior to launching his own venture, Sameer was the Vice President and Head of Operations for Parsec Interact Inc. based out of Mountain View, CA (USA). Earlier, he invested more than eleven years across the spectrum of Consumer Banking with Bank of America NT&SA and ABN AMRO Bank NV. His portfolio included heading Assets for Western India, Consumer Banking Business for regional locations and strategic projects nationally for ABN AMRO Bank. He is a Commerce (Honors) Graduate from the University of Delhi and a Post Graduate in Management from the Welingkars Institute of Management (Mumbai University). He is also the founder and director of Copious Solutions (P) Ltd. which is a National Telecom and IT Accessory Supply Chain Partner for some of the largest MNCs in India.

Significant Assignments HR Consulting We have successfully completed projects for PSU’s and MNC’s related to comprehensive “HR Policy Creation” to “CTC Reconstruction” and “Transition of Employees to New Structure” etc. Market Mapping We have completed an extensive exercise for one of our European Banking clients to establish the feasibility of migrating core processes from the EMEA region to India. Our network and knowledge of the Financial Services sector and our ‘ear to the ground’ approach was instrumental in being able to deliver on the project. The same included comprehending multiple roles across the spectrum of banking operations, and mapping the market for talent for all levels both from a skill set and cost perspective.

  7. Significant Assignments Organisation Climate Survey (OCS) We developed a comprehensive OCS for one of our UK based clients in the media industry that was facing HR issues within the team. The program was a one week program complete with audio visual presentation/interactive tools and included execution by the CVWORLD team The program also included a result based feedback and periodic follow up with the team for a quarter The model was well accepted by the leadership team as it was a customized program and more cost effective and result based as compared to the ‘off the shelf’ options
