  1. MISSION STATEMENT • The mission of AAEC is to prepare young adults for excellence in academics, social responsibility, and industry employability by becoming lifetime learners.

ACADEMIC GOALS • Every AAEC student will be successful at earning concurrent high school and community college credit. • An increasing number of AAEC students will complete a college Associate’s degree concurrently with their high school certificate. • Every AAEC student will meet the minimum requirements to be admitted to a four year post secondary institution.

Concurrent Enrollment in College • Student may enroll in college class • Qualify with pretest • Schedule classes through AAEC • AAEC pays for the college classes • Student must achieve a “C” or better • Opportunity to graduate high school with “A.A.” degree • Will now enter University as a Junior • College tuition savings of up to$30,000
