8. Player Development • Assistant Coaches Salary • Dugout Club funds 4 assistant coaches • $10,386 • Fund Coaches attending Coaching Clinics • $330 - St. Olaf • $455 - MN State High School Coaches Association • Youth Clinic sponsored by CP Coaches • Clinic held on 23 February • 130 kids attended

Field Improvements and Maintenance • This year we funded three major projects: • Bull Pens • Water to the Infield • Complete except for purchase of hose, hose reel, nozzles • New Scoreboard • Other Planned Purchase • Screens for all fields • General Maintenance • Spring clean-up day planned for 29 March

Team Building • Uniforms and Equipment • Uniform Update • Baseballs, Practice and Field Equipment • Player Pack • 2014 Player Pack will include: • Hat • Captains Shirt • Team Shorts • 2 pair of socks • Belt • Senior Night at the ball game • Plan is the same as last year. Barbecue for all players at Noble. Junior parents to plan/work barbecue. • End of Season Party • Team Building Night • Event for each team • Fund Website

11. Fund Raising - Rebel Discount Card • 22 businesses signed up for the Rebel Card • Budget assumes we will average 15 cards sold per player. • We are not planning “Blitz Night”. Each player responsible to sell. Budget assumes average of 15 per player. Incentives to sell 20. Each player will get package of cards March 24th. • Broadway Pizza - $5 off any $25 purchase • Café Donuts - Buy 1 Dozen Donuts get 6 free • ChamplinAthletic - $5 off any purchase of $40 • Culver's - Buy one get one medium concrete mixer free • Dairy Queen - $1 off blizzard 12 oz or larger • El Toro - Buy one dinner get $7.00 off 2nd meal, with purchase of 2 beverages.
