  19. Tantalize • verb • torment or tease (someone) with the sight or promise of something that is unobtainable. • Delicious sushi tantalized the tourists.

  20. Terse • adjective • sparing in the use of words; abrupt. • Instead of a long speech she gave a terse statement.

  21. Unflinching • adjective • 1. not showing fear or hesitation in the face of danger or difficulty. He has shown unflinching determination throughout the campaign.
