Hurlers syndrome is the most severe form of mucopolyasccharidosis,an AR metabolic storage disease caused by deficiency of alpha-L-iduronidase,result in accumulation of glycosaminoglycan in various tissues • Multi systemic affection. • BM transplantation can prevent the progression of enzyme deficiency and provides maximal benefit when performed early in life
