  5. A spreadsheet is 'software' which consists of a grid which can contain 'text', 'numbers' and 'formulae'. Spreadsheets can be used for making models, predicting and producing graphs. In school we use 'Excel' What is a Spreadsheet?

  7. Cell Reference Each cell has a name from the COLUMN and the ROW it is in. A1

  21. Levels • Level 5 - Pupils will be able to identify features of a spreadsheet such as cell reference, value and variable. They will be able to edit the formula and change the look of the spreadsheet. • Level 4 - Pupils will be able to identify features of a spreadsheet such as cell, data, column, data, formula, label. They will be able to complete the spreadsheet using the formula. • Level 3 - Pupils will need support with using formulae and using the fill handle. They may be able to name some of the features of the spreadsheet.
