  2. The 3M site is oriented around divisions and products. If you know the product you want, you can learn all about that product. But it is poorly organized with regards to problems and needs. 3M is a very successful company. Why do you think the site is constructed in this manner? The site is constructed in this way in order to feature the products 3M has to offer. 3M focuses more on what the customer wants not their needs or issues. They do not advertise customer service.

  3. 3M is a successful company. • 3M’s site features products and services and does not focus on a customers problems and needs because the customer knows what they want.
