  7. สถานภาพปัจจุบัน • คณะรัฐมนตรีมีมติเห็นชอบในหลักการ เมื่อวันที่ 12 กรกฎาคม 2548 ให้หน่วยงานขึ้นตรงกับนายกรัฐมนตรี โดยสังกัดสำนัก นายกรัฐมนตรี • ขณะนี้อยู่ระหว่างดำเนินการจัดตั้งสำนักงานฯ และดำเนิน โครงการตามวัตถุประสงค์ ซึ่งมีโครงการทั้งสิ้น 4 โครงการ
