(Naczi soldier’s usual answers was „I followed just a command…” at Nürnberg • Insider participants played that they degrades their performance in a task of learning words; and after every mistake they made, they have played that they got electric shock 15-450 Voltage • Every (real) participant gave electric shock to the insiders until 300 voltage… • 65% of them until 450…!! • Be aware: anyne can become „latent naczi” or any kind of racist… (Mainly if we think through, that in the whole world, racisms fight against racisms… 

Social psychology Other social impacts Diffusion of responsibility (Intervention as outsider): Deindividuation(loss of individuality): • Sy is becoming badly on the subway… • Murder in front of a residential block saw through by the residents… • The investigators fracture of leg + 2 kind of insider participant: indifferent (do nothing) / helper attitude • The responsibility is diffused, so the individual responsibility is decreasing – if we know this pheomenon, we can act differently • Ku-Klux Clan • Usually the human mass

Motivation = need, drive – driving force • the body seek/try to keep them around the equilibrium/balance point • Special receptors • Central brain control • Relation with perceptional, thinking processes: eg. Anorexia nervosa (distored self-image), bulimia (self vomiting) Homeostasis • Thirst • Hunger • Thermal control

  9. Motivation Maslow Herzberg Self-realization(„Flow” feeling) Real motivation force Appreciation - Succes Acceptance (of mates) BASIC NEEDS= In itselves aren’t real motivation force:demotivate the lack of them! (Emotional) security Livelihood – phisical security

  10. Motivation Sexuality • Biological base’s – hormones • Early effects – learning • Social effects: „rewards” for the gender proper behavior • Normality - abnormality? What is your opinion about abnormal…? Difference between erotic & „pornographic”…?!

  11. Safe prognostication – appropriate affect You will be able to take adequate actions only if you see through and understand the world around you…!

Anorexia nervosa (distoredself image), bulimia (selfvomiting) Relationwithsocialperception – stereotypes, attributions: as a doctoryou must winthetrust of patientwithradicallydifferentpointofviewfromyourstoo= self-controllyourattitudes…!! Yourownmentalhealth: Keepyour life balance; facilitate, motivatethepatientforit… = workchoice: haveenoughstimulus, thepossibilityfordevelopment, etc…! Savetheworldwithemptystomach… Identifyyourownmotivationfor being a doctor – seeself-knowledge & values…!
