  10. Notification papers to the Polish and Germancompetition Authorities Notification procedure in Germany and Poland is running! Germany: • Notification paper (English) is prepared by Freshfields and E.ON Netz. • Notification has already been send to German Bundeskartellamt.  Results expected until June (it takes usually 3 – 4 month) Poland: • Currently a polish partner of Freshfields is collecting necessary information (unfortunately the volume is bigger than in case of German office) from TSOs. • The whole procedure in Polish antimonopoly office usually takes about 3 months; so is expected to receive the information in June.

  11. Necessary basis for final approval of the FBA-concept by Regulatory Authorities What is Condicio sine qua non for acceptance of FBA concept - TSOs needs clear message from CEE Regulatory Authorities for making decisions. • maximum compliance with regulation 1228, • full capability of method to ensure network security, • ?....
