  3. INTRODUCCIÓ La grip és una malaltia infecciosa que afecta els ocells i els mamífers, provocada per virus ARN de la família dels ortomixovírids (els virus de la grip). El nom "grip" deriva del francès gripper ("agafar de sobte") o de l'alemany suís grüpen ("tremolar de fred o de febre").[
