  2. Trosphere • This layer of the atmosphere is where we live. • This layer also is where weather occurs.

  3. Stratosphere • This the layer that is above the trosphere . • This layer extends 15-50 km above the earths surface. • It is warmer at the top then the bottom.

  4. Mesophere • It is directly above the stratosphere. • It protects us from the suns harmful rays. • It contains the ozone layer.

  5. Thermosphere • This layer extends 80 km above the earths surface to outer space. • The temperature can be as high as 1000’s degreeses.
