  5. Viewing vs Collaborating • Viewing: • Document is published and link is sent to viewers by email or • Link is posted on some public site • Collaborating: • Invitation is sent to specific email addresses that have gmail accounts.

  6. How Does this help Secretary has one document to monitor. • Link to the document is sent in email instead of the document. • Edits are made by contributors to one document. • Website Administrator posts links to the document instead of having to copy and paste document to website.
