  12. Case Study: Army Corps Synteractive worked with the US Army Corp of Engineers (USACE) to implement an enterprise-wide lessons learned system using SharePoint. As part of their USACE 2012 strategic initiative, USACE is reengineering the organization and breaking down organizational barriers in order to enable sharing of best practices across the organization. As part of the strategy a lessons learned process was implemented to coincide with a Communities of Practice model that consolidated certain expert resources in a shared services model available to USACE engineers in the field.
