  2. Live Demo • Yael creates an event for her birthday that takes place now at Google Workshop class. • Yael’s best friend Roman arrives to the birthday and enters the event. • He takes a photo and uploads it to the event. • Now all the guests can see it!

  3. 1st Milestone - Summary • Work distribution • Server + Web application: Yair & Yael • Android application: Roman & Gilad • Main Challenge: • Figuring out the best way to store the users pictures using other services to provide a free and scalable solution. • Easy vs. Hard • Easy: Designing the architecture and the solution. • Hard: Getting started with new technologies and development environments we do not know.

  7. 2nd Milestone – Features • Manage events (Create, Update) + Events QR code(High Priority). • Stunning UI and graphics for both Android app and Web app(Medium Priority). • Push notifications to Android devices when your friends check in to the your event (Low Priority). • Time Estimation: 160 h

  8. 3rd Milestone – Roadmap • Real Pilot (High Priority) • Event’s photos album is available on the web application after the event ends. (High Priority). • Users can check out nearby events photos feeds (Medium Priority). • Android application gets a push notification before a user’s photo is presented on the big screen slide show (Low Priority). • Events photo album in the Android application, with filter to “friends photos only” option (Low Priority).
