  2. WebCRD • This presentation will provide a tutorial on the following features and areas in WebCRD: • Login Page • Home • My Profile • Upload A File • Cart • Place a Form Order • Popular Form Order shortcuts • Adding multiple recipients • My Orders • Manage Files • Contacts

  3. WebCRD – Login Page WebCRD has been redesigned. As you will see by the login page there is a whole new look. Useful information is also posted here. • If you’re familiar with WebCRD, you can click on the Quick Start Guide to see what has changed • To learn what WebCRD is and how to gain access, click on Getting Started With WebCRD • The login page also contains a Data Security link to submit an access request to receive your User ID and Password. • When ready to login the domain should be set to Standard Account, then simply enter your ID and Password

  4. WebCRD – Home Page The home page is the starting point for all activity in WebCRD. Here you can click any of the following: • My Profile – to update your user information • Help – to open a web help session • My Orders – to see your order history • Manage Files – to manage the PDF’s you have uploaded • Contacts – to manage your contacts • Cart – contains all items added until order is placed or new cart is started • Upload A File – browse and upload PDF’s to be printed from your PC • Place a Form Order – click the go button to browse the catalog of items available • Popular Form Order Shortcuts – click any link to navigate directly to that group of items

  5. WebCRD – Home Page BANNER You can click on Home or the banner to return here from any screen in WebCRD

  6. WebCRD – My Profile Click My Profile to update your default information when placing orders. You can set default print options in My Profile to simplify the order process when submitting print orders. NOTE: When logging in to WebCRD for the first time please update your profile.

  7. WebCRD – My Profile • From My Profile – click the Modify button to update: • My Contact Information • Default Shipping Information • Default Billing Information • NOTE: You will have the option to update all 3 with the same information from the modify screen

  8. WebCRD – My Profile • Enter your information in the specified fields • Select the appropriate radio button at the bottom of the screen and click save • When complete click on My Profile to return to previous screen • NOTE: Add an email address to receive updates when your order is complete

  9. WebCRD – My Profile From the My Profile page you can set default print options for orders submitted to print. Click on any of the tabs and make your selections. When done click the Save button.

WebCRD – Cart • WebCRD now uses a cart to manage orders • Your Cart will indicate the number of items you have added from the Form Order catalog and uploaded from your PC • Click on Cart at any time to review, update and place your order • NOTE: The addition of the Cart allows you to order from the Form Order catalog and upload files simultaneously

WebCRD – Cart • Only 1 Cart may be active at a time. • If you wish to start a new cart: • Click Cart and review items currently selected • At the bottom of the screen choose 1 of 3 options • Start a New Cart • Continue Shopping • Place Order • If Start a New Cart is selected choose the appropriate action • Cancel – returns to your order • No, Don’t Save – empties your cart and will show as Cancelled list in My Orders • Yes, Save – will save this order and will show as Saved in My Orders which can be modified and placed when ready

  12. WebCRD – Upload a File If you have a PDF file to submit to be printed you can click the browse button to navigate to your file

  13. WebCRD – Upload a File • Click browse and navigate to your file • Select the file and click the Open button • Then click the Upload button

  14. WebCRD – Upload a File If you have multiple files click Multiple Files to upload all of you files at the same time.

WebCRD – Upload a File • At Upload Multiple Files screen: • Click browse and navigate to your file • Select the file and click the Open button • Each file will be listed under Selected Files • Repeat the process until all files have been selected • When all files are selected click the Upload button • NOTE: You can click the Delete button next to any file that is not needed

WebCRD – Upload a File • Once the files are uploaded you will be at the order screen • You can name the order for ease of identification when viewing My Orders • Navigate through the tabs to make specifications for your documents to be produced • Each tab has a special instruction field that can be used to enter information • Once you have finished you can Continue Shopping or Place order

  17. WebCRD – Place a Form Order & Popular Shortcuts From the Home page you can navigate and select items from the Form Order catalog You can click the Go button or select one of the Popular Form Order Shortcuts

WebCRD – Place a Form Order & Popular Shortcuts • When you click the Go button you will see the listings of the all the Workgroups that have items loaded to the catalog for ordering. • Select the Workgroup you would like to order from to view the folders • You can also search using the Form # or Item Field and then click Search

  19. WebCRD – Place a Form Order & Popular Shortcuts Selecting a Popular Form Order Shortcut will navigate directly to the folder listing for that Workgroup Select the desired folder to view the items available for ordering

WebCRD – Place a Form Order & Popular Shortcuts • The Form Order catalog features thumbnail images for most items loaded. • Click on the image to open a new window to preview the item. • Enter the quantity you would like to order and click Add to Cart. • The item will now display “In Cart” in place of the quantity field. • The quantity can be updated if necessary when you click Cart to view your order • NOTE: The Form Order catalog now features bread crumbs, circled in blue, to easily navigate back to the folder and work group listings

WebCRD – Adding Multiple Recipients • When ready, click Cart to view selected items, add additional recipients if necessary and Place Order • Your order will populate with your default information. Your default can be removed once a second recipient has been added. • To add additional recipients click either: • My Contacts – select a contact you already have saved • New – enter new contact information and choose to use for this order only or use for this order and save as a contact

  22. WebCRD – Adding Multiple Recipients • If new is selected, enter the necessary information for the recipient. • Select the appropriate button to use for this order and create a new contact in your Contacts list • Then click the Save button

  23. WebCRD – Adding Multiple Recipients If My Contacts was selected, click on the contact name in the list to add as a recipient.

WebCRD – Adding Multiple Recipients You can add as many contacts as necessary to your order by repeating the prior steps for New or My Contacts You can remove recipients from the order by clicking on the trash can and answering to the prompt. All items in your order will be listed for each recipient. Specify the quantity of each item for each recipient. When ready, click Place Order, Continue Shopping or Start a New Cart if necessary

  25. WebCRD – My Orders • Click My Orders to: • View orders you have placed • Reorder the same items or ship to the same recipients • Modify a saved order

  26. WebCRD – My Orders • You can View, Reorder, or Modify an order • An order status of Saved has not been placed for production. You can click Modify to add or remove items and recipients. When ready Place Order. • Clicking View will allow you to see what was ordered and recipients specified for the order. • Clicking Reorder will create an order with the same items and recipients. You will need to specify quantities prior to clicking Place Order • NOTE: Your Cart must be empty before clicking Reorder

WebCRD – My Orders • The columns displayed can be used to sort your orders • Order Name - displays the name you specified for your order, default is the Order Number followed by date • Order Number – displays your order number • Created – displays the date you started the order • Sending to – displays the first 2 recipients and, if necessary, a note on the number of recipients not showing • Status – displays the current production status of your order

  28. WebCRD – Manage Files Click Manage Files to view and structure the storage of files you have uploaded to WebCRD

WebCRD – Manage Files • Manage Files allows you to create folders to store your uploaded items in a manner that meets your needs. • Default is a standard folder where all items will be stored unless otherwise specified • To add folders - Click Create Folder and enter the desired folder name and click create • Items – indicates the number of files stored in the folder • Click the folder name to view the contents

WebCRD – Manage Files • When viewing folder contents you can: • Click the thumbnail image to open a new window to view a larger PDF file • Click the file name to review the specifications selected when the document was ordered • Click the Folder drop down and select a different folder for this item to be stored in. Make your selection then click save • When finished, click on the desired location you would like to navigate to at the top of the screen

WebCRD – Manage Contacts • When viewing Contacts you can: • Click Modify to update a specific contact’s information • Click Delete to remove a contact • Click Add Contact to create a new contact for future ordering needs • Click Dist. Lists to create a new distribution list for future ordering needs
