Flo Fab Pumps: • All Flo Fab pump products are made with a resin pattern which results in an improved exterior finish, smooth interior passage, and higher efficiency pumps • Quiet operation, especially at 1750 rpm • Quickdelivery on series 600, 700, 880, 880RI, 1000, and 2000, 2600 pumps • Interchangeable parts impeller, bracket, mechanical seal and coupling on series 700, 880, 880RI, 1000 and 2000. • Standard available parts from any service centers, (Woods couplings, standard motors, standard mechanical seal, standard bearings)   • Impellers are hydraulically trimmed and balanced to every selected condition

Series 600 / 700 - Vertical Inline Pumps • Closed-coupled / No Coupling • Stainless steel shaft • Cast iron bracket vs. aluminium • Vertical or horizontal position • Flanges are supplied with each pump • No bearing assembly (no maintenance) • Impeller is trimmed and balanced to every condition.

Series 600 / 700 - Vertical Inline Pumps • Standard motor replacement • Back pullout design allows maintenance without disturbing the pipe • Suction and discharge gauge tappings are standard • All iron ,bronze fitted or all bronze construction material • Standard 250 °Fmechanical seal (carbon vs ceramic, elastomer is Viton with stainless steel spring) standard in the industry.

Series 880 & 880RI:Vertical Inline Pumps • Cast iron bracket interchangeable with series 700,880RI,1000, 2000 • Vertical or horizontal position (up to 5 hp) • Some brackets have additional motor mountings for different size motor frames and different HP • Impellers are available in all iron, all bronze, or all stainless steel • Suction and discharge gauge tappingsare standard • Bronze replaceable wear ring for casing • All iron, bronze fitted or all bronze construction material • Standard 250 °F mechanical seal (carbon vs. ceramic, elastomer is Viton with stainless steel spring) standard in the industry. (other materials for high temperature are available) • Drain plug at the bottom of the casing • Thermometer socket connection at the suction casing

Series 880 & 880RI:Vertical Inline Pumps • 250 psi flange casing standard (drilled to 150 # or 250 # ) no extra cost • 3 and 4 inch pumps have pre-drilled bolt tappings and sized for either line sizes • Flanges are tapped for NC bolts • 4 extra tappings on the suction pump flange suction are standard • 5 extra tappings on the pump discharge flange are standard (for gauges, temp relief valve, cyclone separator, flush line) • Special tappings on discharge flange for pitot tube. • Floor mounting square pedestal with 4 boltsholes is standard • Stainless steel suction diffuser on the pump inlet (optional) with holding set screw already pre-drilled

Series 880 & 880RI:Vertical Inline Pumps • 3 and 4 inch pumps are pre-drilled and suited for either sizes • Flanges are tapped for NC bolt thread • 4 extra tappings on the suction pump flange suction are standard • 5 extra tappings on the pump discharge flange are standard (tappings can be used for gauges, temp relief valve, cyclone separator, flush line) • Special tappings on discharge side of the pump flange for a pitot tube insertion (which will allow you to read differential pressure and go to a GPM flow chart) standard (however pitot tube is an option and must be specified by the consultant. • Standard floor mounting square pedestal with 4 bolt holes • Stainless steel suction diffuser on the pump inlet (optional) with holding set screw already pre-drilled

Series 880:Vertical Inline Pumps • Closed-coupled 2 x 2 x 8 to 8 x 8 x 12 • JM frame motor & pump shaft - bronze sleeve (stainless steel sleeve is optional) motors are available but with limited suppliers • Self-aligned • Standard JM motor replacement • Back pullout design allows maintenance without disturbing the pipe

Series 880RI:Vertical Inline Pumps • Spacer-coupled • TC frame motors have steel or stainless steel shaft • Motors are available with unlimited suppliers (easy to source) • Stainless steel pump shaft on the power frame are with bronze sleeve or (stainless steel sleeve is optional). • Two power frames available LF1 and LF2 for different HP • Same power frames are used for horizontal series 2000 pumps • Impeller is trimmed and balanced to every condition • StandardWoods spacer coupling self aligned • because of the motor bracket placement • Power frame pull-out design allows: • Easy maintenance • Replacement of impeller without removing the motor • Trimmingof the impeller • Standard changing the mechanical seal • Standard changing power frame bearings • Standard changing the pump shaft • Standard changing wear ring • While not removing the motor and without disturbing the pipe

Series 840SC :Vertical Inline Pumps • No flanges are tapped with NC bolts threads: longer bolts and nuts are required. • Special maintenance • Cannot replace the impeller unless the motor is removed • Cannot trim the impeller unless the motor is removed • No bearings to support the pump shaft • Cannot change the pump shaft or wear rings without removing the motor • Special ductile iron spacer coupling • Special seal • Special motor

Series 840SC:Vertical Inline Pumps • Suction and discharge gauge tappings are standard (1 tapping on the suction flange, 1 tapping on the discharge flange) • Bronze replaceable wear ring for casing standard • All iron, bronze fitted or all bronze construction material • Standard 250 °F mechanical seal (carbon vs. Ceramic, elastomer is Viton with stainless steel spring) standard in the industry. (other materials for high temperature are available) • Drain plug at the bottom of the casing • 150 psi flange casing standard • Floor mounting square pedestal with 4 bolts holes • The only advantage is the replacement of an expensiveoutside seal

Series 1000 Closed Coupled Pumps • Closed-coupled, end-suction less base • JM frame motor as pump shaft and bronze sleeve (stainless steel sleeve is optional) motors are available but with limited suppliers • Horizontal position without a base plate • No spacer coupling is required: self-aligned becauseof the motor bracket placement • Standard JM frame motor replacement • 1 tapping on the pump discharge flange is standard • Steel base plate on closed coupled pumps is an extra cost but available
