  1. First Year Seminar By Nhon Vu

  2. A few Things I’ve learned in First Year Seminar • One thing I’ve learned in Erin’s class was to be able to search effectively through databases and be able to find out where to get scholarly articles and the correct sources.

  3. Extending and not repeating • I’ve been able to extend a lot of my paragraphs with more detail and whatnot without being repetitive. Details such as expanding more on the topic and doing the what, where and how thing to expand it.

  4. Finally thing I learned • Always tell your professor or TA if you are going to be absent or in a case of emergency. Letting them know is always a good thing and it allows them to give the proper time to catch up and the work you missed. It’s an important lesson I learned this semester because of the countless absences I have from other classes.

  5. THE END! EVERYONE HAVE A GOOD SEMSETER • Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do, so throw off the bowlines, sail away from safe harbor, catch the trade winds in your sails.  Explore, Dream, Discover. –Mark Twain
