Today is Eucharistic Adoration for the Freshmen.  All Freshmen religion classes go directly to the chapel.   • All are welcome to come and pray any time throughout the day.   • The all souls cards are in the Chapel throughout this month of November.   • Let us remember to pray for our dearly departed loved ones whose names we placed before our Lord.  

  4. Dress Down day • When: Friday, November 8 • Cost: $3 • Benefits: ICE Fund

  5. Any Student trying-out for a winter sport needs to have their Sports Physical Forms in by November 18 or they cannot practice.

  6. Any Student that participated in a fall sport needs to turn in their uniform by Monday November 11 to Mrs. Bielich or George. Thanks

  7. Latin Club will meet this Tuesday November 12 after school in room 213.   • You do not have to be taking Latin to join. For more information see either Ms. Day or Abby Annear.

  8. The Blood Drive will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 12th in the Aux Gym. Appointment slips will be handed out in homeroom. Please show up at your appointed time and bring ID with you. It is important to eat before donating and drink plenty of fluids. See Ms. Mosley if you have any questions.

  9. Attention:  Juniors and Seniors attending the Jamaica Mission trip of April 2014!! There is a mandatory meeting this Friday November 8 from 2:45 to 3:15 in G10

  12. Attention seniors:  There is an extension on the deadline to submit your baby photos.   • They are due by November 25th. • Please follow the instructions in your email for submitting them online  • See Mrs. Haslett or Mrs. Flynn with any questions.

Are you a photographer, a poet, a doodler, an author, a dancer, a painter? • Then submit your art, whatever it may be, to FORTE, OC’s Art and Literary Magazine • Drop off submissions in Room 208 or send scanned or video submissions to oaklandcatholicforte@gmail.com • Our theme this year is PAST, PRESENT, FUTURE • Deadline for Submissions is November 15th
