SMALL ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT Enterprise Development Unit established in 2004 to: Conduct market research and value chain analysis Foster links between business community and local government Assess viability of proposed business ventures and strengthen small ventures Provide financial and business skills training Provide business development services

  12. Expected to house between 4 and 10 businesses Provide an array of services, advice and support 1 BI established to date in Khorog, supporting 5 enterprises BUSINESS INCUBATORS Business Incubators to be established in each region.
