  4. Effy • She is a fruit loop and she is really crazy but she is really close to katness and peat and she is really funny and she likes to be neat and it is all about poster .she is one of the people who announces the people who is going in the games and now she sent in the book yet

Hay Mitch • He is katness and peats mentor and he is the one who got the out of the arena and he proems he would get peat out of there a live but now he is capthcred and now katness is mad ate him he was one of the winners of district 12 but he and katness and peat are the only ones so he dos not like the capital at all so he try's to get her out of the arena and it works. he is the mane thing that saved katniss and she did not no this at all so now he tock here and all the other to district 13!!
