Steps for Responding to Fire or Smoke Alarms • Remain calm. • Print out an occupancy report. • Receive further information from security or management. • Reassure guests that the situation is under investigation. • Provide the fire captain a copy of the occupancy report. • Assist the fire captain in signing out the master keys.
