  1. Off Highway Truck Wheel Retracting Chock Holder

  2. Purpose • To have wheel chocks readily available on each truck • Provide an ergonomically safe means of removing, and stowing of wheel chocks after use. • Achieve this without compromising the designed ground clearance of the truck during normal operation.

  3. Key Parts Wheel chock holder will remain in the retracted position and will only be operable if the park brake is engaged Wheel chock holder safety latch Wheel chock holder extend switch Wheel Chock Holder retracted

  4. Operation Disengage wheel chock holder safety latch by pulling outward and rotating Anti Clockwise

  5. Operation Press the wheel chock extend button

  6. Operation Wheel chock holder will extend down Remove wheel chocks and place at the front and rear of Position 1 wheel

  7. Operation Wheel chock holder will automatically retract after 2 minutes Press the extend button again prior to replacing the wheel chocks in the wheel chock holder

  8. Operation Rotate the safety latch clockwise to arm it prior to the wheel chock holder retracting. This will self engage once the holder has retracted

  9. Operation The wheel chock holder will retract automatically after 2 minutes, or instantly when the park brake is released prior to normal vehicle operation Should the holder extend unexpectedly, or fail to retract, the indicator light on the cabin dash will be illuminated.Truck operation is to cease immediately if this occurs
