Need and Design Milestones • With the increasing enrollment and limited parking at UTSA there is a need for a system to reduce time wasted searching for empty parking spots • Development on the software in LabView (by 10/31) • Mobile phone application (11/15) • Final parking lot model (11/20) • Camera and actual project testing (by 11/30)
