Obiettivi Secondari • Indicatori di processo assistenziale e di esito sui percorsi riabilitativi sull'Outcome • Potenziali dati utili per focalizzare momenti di formazione mirata • Individuare differenze di intervento all’interno della stessa regione, tra regioni, tra macro-regioni www.sanraffaele.it

  6. Tempistiche di rilevazione • Fase Riabilitativa ospedaliera • 2 schede • Ingresso nel reparto di riabilitazione • Dimissioni dal reparto www.sanraffaele.it

  7. Partecipanti Tutte le strutture riabilitative che ricoverano persone con Ictus incluse nello studio negli Ospedali per acuti presi in considerazione www.sanraffaele.it
