  3. Profile of Hardware Team A) Name of Team: Hardware Group No. 23 B) Objectives of the Team: Manage Data Center & (All Computers, Network & its peripherals) of the Company. C) Our existence: Our existence because, Hardware Section plays an important role to bring new technologies in an organization which helps our company to get all computerized work. 2. Hardware Section plays an multiple role to manage secured Network for providing real time information to the Company. D) Responsibilities of the Team: Understand basic concept & structure of computer hardware & networking Identify the existing configuration of the computers and peripherals & Upgrading same as and when required Integrate the PCs into Local Area Network & re-install operating systems and various shipboard applications. Perform routine maintenance & upgrades Manage data backup & restore operations on server and update anti-virus software and set schedules  Installation of service packs, applications such as MS Office, MS Outlook, Anti-virus software etc. Trouble shooting of Windows XP, Windows 7, Windows Servers, Windows 8 & MS Office Provide training to SFO’s about latest tools of Hardware and Networking. Installations of Managed Switch Networking & apply policies for smooth & fast network. Managed Internet Tools for providing limitied / priority wise bandwidth to the users. Managed MPLS VPN network for online working. Managed Servers & its interlink pheripherals for smooth operations. Managed Computer stock for upgradations of computer pheripherals. Managed the survillence devices & there planning for there upgradations.

Preparations & Calculations of Incentive Jun’12 & Jul’12. SKYPE Presentations with JET & Directors. Shifting of Data Card from Tata to Aircel. Upgradations of Old Computers with Laptops. Maintenance of Computer Stock.

  6. Point No.1:- (Installations of Managed Switch)Done by Mr. Deepak Kumar & Opinder KrishanWe have successfully Installed Managed Switch I/O Devices & Cabling in all sections of HOJ. dt.30/01/12. We have configured JACK on CAT6 routing successfully. Main Advantage of Managed Switch is to control IP Conflictions, flood controling, Choking etc.Deadline: Managed Networking will be live on 20th Feb’13 View of Managed Switch: Parameters: 1.   7. Point No.2:- (Installations of CCTV Cameras)Done by Mr. Dushyant KohliWe have successfully Installed 3 Survillence Cameras Bee Enn Nursing College in Chak Bhalwal. These camera’s are installed in Outer Constructing area of College for viewing constructing activites & record all activities. Main View of Camera’s Parameters: 1. Efficiency & 2. Image of the Company.

Point No.3:- (Calculations of Incentive) Done by Mr. Deepak Kumar & Manvi SharmaWe have successfully calculated incentive 10 for the months of Jun’12 & Jul’12 for Branches, HOJ, Lap Officers & NWT/NWC on dt.30/1/13. This time all incentive calculated through formula’s. No manual calculations has been done. Incentive calculated within budget. Details of budget & release amount is as under:- Parameters: 1. Point No.4:- (SKYPE PRESENTATIONS)Done by Mr. Dushyant Kohli & Opinder KrishanWe have successfully get SKYPE Presenations of Junior Executive Trainees (JET) and Directors with CRORES team & MD Sir on dt.25th to 28th Jan’13. From this we have get one to one interactions of JET & Directors from there respective locations to Head office. From this efforts we have saved valuable time of the company & also saved TA/DA expenses of the JET & Directors which was comes in high ratio. View of JET & Directors Presentations Parameters: 1.   10. Point No.5:- (New Datacard Aircel)Done by Mr. Dushyant Kohli We have successfully get replacement of data card from Tata Photons to Aircel. Because recently Tata Photon have closed there services in J&K. Due to this our officicals & Management were facing lot of problems. On dt. 23th Jan’13 we have replaced all data cards. Following officials get replaced Data card:1. Sh. Kunil Bhalla - MD Sir2. Sh. Tarun Khanna - Sr. GMF3. Sh. Rakesh Bhalla – DGM D2D4. Sh. Ranjeev Ahluwalia – NIC5. Mr. Deepak Kumar - NIC6. Mr. Dushyant Kohli – NIC7. Mr. Darinder Pratap -- NIC8. Mr. Pawan Handoo -- NIC Parameters: 1. Efficiency 2. Image of the Company.

  11. Point No.6:- (Completed BNNI Websites) Done by Mr. Nitin SharmaWe have changed Layouts of Nitco Logistics Websites as advised by Mr. Kunil Bhalla & Mrs. Kalindi Bhalla. From this layouts the looks of websites modified with new features & new technologies. Also we have inserted new blogs in this websites. Appreciations from Management: Parameters: 1. Image of the Company.

  12. Point No.7:- (Upgradations of Old Computers) Done by Mr. Mukesh Sharma, Ankush Hans & Harvinder SinghWe have successfully Upgraded Old Computers with Laptops. Because due this we have saved Elecricity, Space & other devices. We have get all these laptops with reasonable prices & saved the cost of the company. Following Users who have get new laptops.1.2.3.4.5. Parameters: 1. Efficiency & 2. Image of the Company.
