  3. Archaeobacteria • Archaeobacteria is a group of bacteria whose its cell wall does not contain peptidoglycan, but its membrane cell contains fat. • Archaeobacteria lives in extreme surrounding

  4. Classification 1. Methanogen Bacteria, the bacteria produce methane from hydrogen and CO2 gas or acetate acid.Example : Methanobacterium 2. Halophile Bacteria, are bacteria that live insurrounding of high salinity. Example : Halobacterium 3. Thermocidophyl Bacteria, these bacteria live in extremely hot and sour surrounding. Example: Sulfalobus and Thermoplasma

  5. EUBACTERIA • The groups procaryotes(cell whose nucleus has no membrane). • They have cell wall frmpeptidoglycan • Although several eubacteria cause disease in organisms, but in general they are not harmless or even useful.

  6. CLASSIFICATION • According their method to get food • According to their ability to take oxygen • According to theis shape • Movement in Bacteria • Bacteria cell wall

  7. According to there cell components • Bacteria that have thin peptidoglycan layer (negative Gram) ex: E. coli • Bacteria that have thick peptidoglycan layer (positive Gram) ex : Staphylococcus aureus

Cyanobacteria • Cyanobacteria are often called blue-green alga or mucous algae. • They have chlorophyll just like microscopic green algae. • They can live solitary and colonies. • The shapes of the colonies vary from thread-like, sheets, or hollow balls • Thread-like cyanobacteria such as Anabaena have three main cells that have different function

  13. Part of body Cyanobacteria • Heterocyst: is athick-walled cell to fix oxygen • Akinete: a thick-walled cell that acts as defense • Baeocyte is small spherical cells as products of reproduction. It can also do photosynthesis • The cytoplasms of cyanobacteria do not many organelles and nuclear membranes(procaryotes)
