  1. Homework News Class Council Goals Our behavior goals remain the same: Line up quietly at the door. Keep space between yourself and the other students. Use empathy and kindness when talking to others. Keep your voices quiet during instruction and always do you best to finish your work. Don’t whine or complain.  Please remember to sign your child’s agenda every night. Make sure they have completed each task written in the agenda as well. Also, we are testing all week, so please send your child to school well rested, and every day. Thanks! Weekly Objectives These skills are part of a large layering of other skills that are also taught during the week. Math: I can represent and interpret data using a picture and bar graph. 3.MD.3 Reading: I can compare and contrast stories written about similar characters (as in Cinderella stories from around the world). RL.3.9 Writing: I can write to tell a story (creating my own Cinderella story). W.3.3. Language: I can identify a suffix and its meaning. Science: I can recall the process of a scientific inquiry (defining a hypothesis, observation, purpose, and conclusion, etc.) Math Teach and Reteach Last week we took our fifthcommon core math assessment on graphing.Your child's score for reading and interpreting graphs was based on a 5 question test. Those who met or exceeded (80-100%) will again be moving into enrichment groups. Those who scored at emerging or approaching level (0-60%) will be joining our reteaching classes.
