In cooperation with the Regional Transportation Authority, the Kane County Division of Transportation and the Kane County Council of Mayors. August, 2000

  2. Background • Tasks • Review existing plans, conditions and transit service. • Assemble an advisory panel to review the information. • Develop a scope of work to identify transit opportunities. • Procure a consultant through the RFP process. • Investigate specific opportunities for transit markets in Kane County, particularly along growth corridors. • Recommend actions to support and/or make provision for transit in the future.
