  4. League Overview • Our indoor program is starting its 4th season • We offer two seasons for indoor • Fall (October – Mid January) • Spring (Mid January – Early May) • Season starts on Monday October 1st • We are now the 2nd biggest adult league in EODSA

  8. 2007/8 Referee Pool • 33 referees were invited to officiate in the NCISL Indoor • Only those who attend a briefing meeting will officiate in the league • We expect a referees to officiate a minimum of once every other week

  9. Assignments • All assignment will be on Ref Centre • We will offer referees either 1 or 2 games a night • 3 games a night will be offered in exceptional cases

  10. Cancellation procedure • More than 48 hours away cancel on Ref Centre • Less than 48 hours email indoor@ncisl.com and ask to be replaced • If not removed from Ref Centre on day of the game phone the NCISL

Game fees • Games fees are $28 per game, no travel fees • Fee will only be paid if • You submit your game report on Ref Centre • You submit your game sheets to the NCISL • Payment will be performed by the NCISL not the EODSA • Payroll will be performed on these dates • November 1st • December 15th • February 1st • March 1st • April 1st • May 31st

  12. Referee no shows • Each no show costs the NCISL $200 per game • All no shows will be sent to EODSA for discipline • If a referee has two no shows he will be removed from the pool

Game day procedure • Arrive at least 15 minutes before kick off • Wear official uniform only, no track pants or jackets please • Collect 2 game sheets from each team prior to kick off • Quickly inspect players equipment • Shin pads are mandatory • No jewelry permitted • Player ID inspections are optional • Kick off on time, if delayed shorten the game • Following the game complete game sheets and return 1 to each team and send the other copy to the NCISL • All cards and special incidents must be reported to the NCISL via Ref Centre
