  2. PaperCut Job Ticketing | Overview PaperCut’s new Job Ticketing is an add-on to the popular PaperCut MF Print Management software. The interface allows users to select from templates to submit jobs to their organizations production print rooms and 3-D fabrication labs. With the ability to define every aspect of their job from number of copies, color or B/W, duplex or simplex all the way to binding, payment, and delivery or pickup options. The new Job Ticketing software also provides a Kamban style interface for the production print room operator to move submitted jobs through production to completion and then to delivery. The integration with PaperCut MF allows the production print room to charge the submitters personal account for payment of their job. All while PaperCut MF tracks and reports on all the printing, copying, scanning and faxing that is taking place in the production print room.

  9. PaperCut Job Ticketing | Licensing PaperCut’s Job Ticketing is licensed per Print Room. Each production print room or fabrication lab that the customer want’s to offer Job Ticketing in will need its own license. One organization may purchase an unlimited number of Job Ticketing/Print Room licenses. What does a Print Room Licenses provide? Its own unique URL Its own unique name and contact informationIts own User and Production interfaceIts own customizable set of Templates/ProductsIts own unique job orders

PaperCut Job Ticketing | Trial/NFR • acd-inc.com/forms/papercut-trial-request/ • What does a Job Ticketing trial include? • ACDI Project Management • ACDI Installation of Software • 1 Print Room Setup • Two Customized Print Room Templates • One Hour of ACDI Training • If there is a need for more than two templates,ACDI will quote assist hours on a per template basis. • ACDI is waiving all upfront fees for Job Ticketing trials for the next 90 days. PaperCut Job Ticketing | Quote • acd-inc.com/forms/quote • The PaperCut Job Ticketing quote is included inside the standard ACDI PaperCut MF quote. • What do you need to know to get a Job Ticketing quote? • Number of Print Rooms customer wants • Number of Job Templates each room needs • Unlike PaperCut MF, Job Ticketing pricing doesn’t depend on the number of users, number of servers, or number of MFP’s.

PCRemote-Room      Remote installation fee per job ticketing room           MSRP - $745 11PC-JobTicketing    PaperCut Job Ticketing Room license, per room      MSRP - $4,500 Both SKU’s are required per print room instance. If the same customer is putting Job Ticketing into 3 print rooms in their organization, the quantity for each SKU would be three (3).
