Introduction Features FAQ FAQs • Can this product target BSP markets? • Yes, but at the moment Amadeus is focusing on NON BSP markets • How can an airline check the sales made with this solution? • A RET or HOT file is sent from Amadeus to the airline revenue accounting system on daily basis • Can non-IATA travel agencies benefit from the solution? • No, an IATA code is required to issue electronic tickets • Which is the implementation timeline? • Once an implementation slot is available, the lead time is between 1 to 2 months • How are support and training managed? • Support is available in the Amadeus help pages (HE ETKT DIRECT), and e-learning sessions are available • Is there a fraud control? • Yes, there is an enhanced security product option with which the airlines can allow specific e-ticketing quotas to the travel agencies according their bilateral agreement
