  21. Conclusion • Low dose fibrinolytic therapy in addition to abciximab improves reperfusion rates • Heparin dose with the combination is also important to maximize reperfusion rates with abciximab + low-dose r-PA • Combination therapy appears to facilitateearly PCI in AMI
