  4. What do you think they should do? 1. Work in groups of three. 2. Suppose you are in a group counseling with Susan , her parents, and her friends. 3. Each member gives them advice using the given expressions. 4. After the group counseling, think of three or more suggestions as a group.

  5. Thumbs-up Thumbs-down 1. Work in groups of four. 2. You will be given four problem cards and put them face down. 3. Eachmember picks one problem card and gives a suggestion, taking turns. 4. Decide whether the suggestion is ‘ Thumbs-up’ or ‘Thumbs-down’. 5. Choose suggestions that get the most ‘Thumbs-up’.
