  10. Store Hours • Normal hours: • Mon-Sat 8am to 10pm, Sun 8am to 9pm • Holiday hours: • After Thanksgiving 11/29-12/23, 7 days a week Target is open from 8am to 11pm

Employees & Seasonal Help • Longer hours for employees to work • Store gets wrecked by the end of the shift • Employees have to stay longer to straighten the shelves • Seasonal help is hired • More team members are working on a shift • About 60% of seasonal help is kept • As long as the availability is there

Online Shopping • Online shopping is convenient and easy to access • Shopping online has been low in recent years but is growing to more people having access to technology • Lower in recent years due to people not having access to technology, older people don’t know how to use Internet, younger crowds like to get out and drive • Growing now because of awareness and knowledge of how to use the Internet
