  3. There is a city in the US called after a British officer. This officer had never been hurt or wounded in a battle. Years later, that same British Officer went back to the same place. That same Chief who had fought against this man in 1755 came a long way to see him and proclaimed the man the future “chief of nations”, and said that all people yet unborn will hail the man as the founder of a mighty empire. What is the city’s name?

  6. Among America’s famous sculptures there are the Statue of Liberty, mount Rushmore (The Presidents Mountain) and some others. In1948 one man started a monument that is not finished nowadays and is called after an Indian chief the Crazy Horse. The mountain is situated in Black Hills in state that is bordered by North Dakota, Nebraska, Minnesota, Iowa, Montana and Wyoming. Name the state.

This city was a 17th-century Dutch colonial settlement that served as the capital of New Netherland. It was called after the Dutch capital – New Amsterdam. In 1664 Peter Stuyvesant, the Director-General of the colony of New Netherland, surrendered New Amsterdam to the English without bloodshed. The English immediately renamed the city. What is the name of the city now.
