  1. Omnidirectional conveyor and positioning system for intralogistics Developers: Claudio Uriarte Stefan Kunaschk BIBA GmbH, Germany

  2. Short description the technology • Universal conveying and positioning system • Low cost and robust design based in simple mechanical modules • Fulfills all tasks of conveying systems without modification: • transport in all directions, rotation, singulation, buffering sorting, clustering • High flexibilitythroughthecombinationofmodulestoarbitraryshapes • Low Energyconsumptionthrough intelligent activationofmodules

  3. Applicability of the technologyin Kazakhstan The technologycanbeapplied in all industriesdealingwithintralogistics (omnidirectionaltransport) aswellas in theproduction (free-positioning). This technology combines modularity, omnidirectional transport and positioning. It fulfills all task of traditional conveyors (one-module-fits-all). The concept was successfully tested in our institute and patented (Germany and PCT in work). CEP companies can use one system to deal with very complex intralogistic tasks, without the need of new equipment. Low investment costs and high robustness (simple mechanic), low energy consumption, high flexibility (modular) Potential partner: Kasakh Post and other CEP companies. Cooperation possibilities: Technology licensing, joint development, system purchase.
