(SASW) • Knowledge and excellent attainment standards apprenticeship frameworks • Management. • Operate Industry Standard Equipment and Practices (SQCDP) • Constantly changing regulations, new technology, equipment development and human resources influence future education and training needs. • Range of in-house specialist programmes. • keeping employees up to current industry standards; • investing in training to maintain competitiveness; • recognising and accrediting skills gained; • encouraging employees to update and/or improve skills and knowledge, progress and indeed take Credit with them when they move on (internally and externally).
