  3. Logo Our logo is a magic colorful cauldron. This logo means that this cauldron contains a lot of interesting, funny and educational programs for children based especially on the four natural elements (air, water, earth and fire). In fact we are preparing many activities based on these elements.

  4. Summer Camp We organize summer camps for children from 3 to 14 years old offering many sports, educational and funny activities from 8 to 18 during the week from Monday to Friday. Our first aim is to make children spend spare time with us enjoying staying together. Another important aspect is the educational and cultural part because by this way, they could have the possibility to grow. With our planned games and ludic activities, we focalize our attention to important values as respect to people and nature, friendships, being helpful and open-minded. We’ll organize also trips, walking tours, and especially we’ll work with the four natural elements air, water, earth and fire. For example, we play with water, going to the local swimming pool, we fly kites, we sow vegetables and we cook together.

  5. Fitness Program • First of all we believe that wellness is very important for everyone especially for our staff that work all the day with children, so we decided to organise fitness program every day at 9 a.m. for about 15 minutes with light and flowing excercises, like streching or Tai Chi. • This fitness program is for our employees and also for the children of the camp beacuse our mission is to teach also that well-being is necessary for everyone. • With this program we keep our body in tune and in a relax state to reduce stress and anxiety. • In our staff there is a trainer that studied Tai Chi so he’s very happy to organise this activity. • We also inform you about Tai-Chi day, an annual event each year the last Saturday of April in different states to promote these disciplines that are for all people and to inform about health benefits.

  6. Courses • Here in Italy there is a very strict Law of 2008 that orders to the companies a lot of rules like to inform employees about all the risks during the work, to identify responsabilities, to plan a safety program, to nominate a doctor that has the role to visit employees to make sure of suitability for their work, to organize safety courses, to follow best practices, to reduce risks and so to work in safety thanks to a health care program. • So we made an evaluation of all the risks and after a meeting with all our employees and managers in which time we informed about this law and about all the tasks , we invited our staff for a medical check up and we made a program of best practices. • We had also identify our safety responsible that has the role to plan every task for managers and employees. • All of us attended a medical aid course and we have a medicine chest in our office. • We all are informed about the number 112 for emergency.

  7. Customer service • Customer service is a service of companies or administrations to mantain good relationships with their clients or users. • A good customer care makes the difference between similar companies which offer the same products. • As a consequence, customer service is often used by companies because it brings to them an add value they can benefit to be more successful. • It’s important to understand the needs and the expectations of the customers, so that the company can satisfy them producing better products or services and offering a good assistance in case of problems. • To do it, actually, companies or administrations use the customer satisfaction process, which consists in analysing customers’ grades. • Clients or consumers have to fill in a questionnaire answering different questions about their personal informations, needs, habits, tastes, preferences and their satisfaction about a specific product or service. • Nowadays, some companies are studying to improve the satisfaction of their clients so much as they want to surprise them offering more that they can imagine and expect. • Workers of the customer care sector should be well-prepared, polite, with good problem-solving skills and understanding capacities. Unsatisfied clients should be considered a start-point to improve the service and make it grow better and better. • A satisfied customer is the better advertisment for the company to be well-known.

  8. Evaluations • It’s very important to evaluate the workers to understand different things like if aims are reached, if employees work well, if there are problems to solve and activities to improve. • The evaluation affects all workers and managers. • The responsible of every employee is the direct manager. • At the beginning of the year we usually have a meeting with workers and managers in which we inform about the evaluation process and about aims to reach and we assigne to everyone its own objective. • We consider four aspects: what is the work to do, what is the work done, what can you do more and what can you improve. • At the end of the year, managers fill in an evaluation form for every worker. • This evaluation form is based on a point system so that we can grade every employee; we consider different elements like professional competence and ability, learning, communication, listening and problem solving skills, good behaviour, precision, and inclination for working in team. • Thanks to this evaluation process we can repay employees that are motivated and good workers. • With a good evaluation workers get advantages like better salary. • In our company we haven’t fortunately big problems because we all are involved in working well and we take care of wellness of staff and workers. • Since during the employment we speak honestly to our future workers. • For our company there are some important characteristics that we expect from workers that are honesty, professional skills, motivation, smiling and kindly behaviour. • Another important thing is that in our company there is the possibility for everyone to give suggestions or constructive critiques so we can improve ourselves.

  9. New trends • The sector of summer programs is booming despite this period of recession. There are many different kinds of summer programs so that the choice isn’t easy. • Actually summer programs offer so many different activities based on sport, art, music, foreign language, drama, circus, magic, religion, computer technology, science and so on. • Parents think that after the year school, children cannot stay all summer alone at home doing nothing and so, attending a summer program it could be a good experience to stay with other people of the same age to improve socialization, to enjoy and also to learn something new. • Here in Italy there are new summer camps, some of them are day-long for different hours and others are also night and day- long with a canteen. • There are also summer camps in cities, in farms, in holiday places or abroad with real difference of prices and proposals. • Our summer programs offer specific educational activities based on the respect of the nature and the environment and we represent a good choice. • We are higly satisfied about our work so that we are thinking to suggest our brand name for other places. • To do this we think to propose a franchising that is a collaboration between us with our brand and new companies. • Thanks to this partnership there are the possibility for us to expand our activities and to receive a fee and royalty and, for new companies, to begin working with a good organization. • In fact, we guarantee a training period in which it’s possible to understand our goals, our educational programs and our working method. • Then we plan different supervision meetings in our head office and also in the separate branches to verify that all is going well respecting our guidelines to mantain only good services.

  10. Job opportunities • In this period we are looking for new workers for the camp of this summer. • In particulary we need 4 employees: 1 educator, 1 camp director, 1 chief cook, 1 entertainer. • You can find our job opportunities in our website. • It’s possible to download the application form from our website and send it to us before the first week of June with your CV. • In the middle of June we will have the selection so that we can organize for the beginning of the camp in July. • After we receive your CV, we make an evaluation so that we give you an answer in ten days: we usually organize a face to face interview in our office to understand if the job opportunity is fitting for you. • During the interview we await to understand our candidates expectations, know the character, verify the professional skills and the inclination for working with children; for these reasons we ask to be yourself, writing and speaking honestly.

  11. Conferences • We are organizing a conference in our location on Sunday 16th June open to children with their families and friends, teachers, educators and everyone that wants to spend a different day with us discovering our proposals. • This event will take place in Crema in our camp in this order: • 9.30 reception in the entry with registration of the partecipants (by our marketing and sales manager) • 10.00 – 10.15 welcome in the hall to all the partecipants with short presentation of our company and of our staff and introduction of the proposals of the day-event (by administration manager) • 10.15 – 10.30 explanation of our mission and policy company with introduction to the workshops and conferences of the day (by general manager) • 10.30 – 12.00 outside: children activities and games organized from our educators and entertainers under supervision of our educational manager • 10.30 – 12.00 inside: conference by a famous psychologist about the topic “Children and free time” with discussion • 12.00 – 14.30 buffet meal • 14.30 – 16.00 outside: children activities • 14.30 – 16.00 inside: conference by a teacher about the topic “Children and nature: discovery of natural elements” • During the day possibility to some local companies to show and trade their products (for example local farmers with fruits, vegetables, cheese, cold cuts, sellers of natural cloting, bakers with their different kinds of breads and artisans with their products. • For people coming from afar, possibility to accommodate in a near agritourism that is very pretty and cheap with also a nice grass green and differents animals.
