  2. Club Development Programme • To work in partnership to improve boxing by developing quality clubs in Ulster • Support services based on needs of Ulster clubs • Club Audit & Ulster Club Development Plan 2013-17

Ulster Club Development Plan • 69% of clubs want Sports Development support • 65% of clubs Club Management support • 83% of clubs are interested in a Boxing specificClubmark Scheme • Regular Consultation and Support from IABA, based around need • A planned, structured and timely Development Programme for clubs

  4. Workshop 1Funding – Getting your club ready Aim: At the end of the workshop you will have a better understanding of where your club is in terms of meeting the basic funding requirements

Constitution & Club Management • Properly constituted organisation, which does not discriminate on the grounds of age, gender, disability, race and ethnicity, religious belief, political opinion, marital status, having dependants or sexual orientation, and is not for profit • Affiliated to an AIBA recognised governing body for boxing • Good governance structures e.g Committee
